Release is a records rule: a size is released only when 3 of 3 independent laboratory certificates are on record for its lot. Fewer than three leaves it pending — the certificates already on record are shown, and it cannot be bought.

It is the lowest figure across the certificates on record for that exact size and lot — never the best one. Every figure links to its certificates on the lot page.

A size with fewer than three certificates is pending. Its page stays open and the certificates already in hand are shown, but it cannot be bought until the third is reported.
