1.1 What we hold

Account details you enter (name, email, organization, addresses), order records, and signed waiver records. No payment details are collected — checkout stops before payment capture, so there is no card data to hold.

1.2 Waiver records

Signed research-use waivers are legal and audit evidence. They are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, safety, traceability, fraud-prevention, and dispute records and may not be deletable while those obligations apply. They record the exact document version signed, its content hash, per-clause server-side timestamps, the typed signature, the envelope id, and request evidence (IP address and browser identification).

1.3 Order records

Order records are retained for at least 7 years for audit purposes, independent of account deletion.

1.4 Lot traceability

Which lot shipped in which order is logged permanently so that any certificate question can be traced from a vial in hand back to its laboratory reports.

1.5 Sessions and cookies

A session cookie signs you in; a private browsing id keys your cart and an item-count cookie draws the cart badge. Theme and researcher-gate acknowledgments are stored in your browser only. No advertising trackers.

1.6 Third parties

Data is disclosed only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service. This may include hosting and database providers, authentication and email providers, object storage, shipping carriers, tax/onboarding providers, professional advisers, fraud or code-review providers configured by Everpure, and government authorities where required. Independent laboratories receive lot samples and do not need customer identity data.

1.7 Referral tax records

Everpure stores partner attestation status, W-9 verification status, verification dates, and non-sensitive external references. Raw W-9 forms and taxpayer identification numbers are not stored in this application. Issued tax-form records may be retained as required for tax and audit purposes.

1.8 Requests, security and breach notices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information by emailing support. Some records must be retained for legal, tax, transaction, safety, or traceability purposes. Everpure uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data it holds. If a covered breach occurs, Everpure will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law, including Florida's breach-notification law where it applies.
